Meet the founder
Melissa Sabatine, C.M.
I founded Capitol Runway Advisory to help aviation businesses and leaders succeed in a complex, fast-changing environment — and to do it in a way that feels authentic and human.
For more than three decades, I’ve built bridges across government, associations, and industry — as the U.S. Secretary of Transportation’s point person with the FAA and aviation stakeholders, a senior leader with the American Association of Airport Executives, and as Vice President for Aviation Carbon Response and Sustainability at Jacobs. I’ve learned that progress happens when strategy meets relationships — when we align vision with action, and people with purpose.
Today, I combine that experience with certifications in health coaching and image consulting to help clients and leaders show up at their best — in mindset, presence, and performance.
